We don't post exact pricing as we like to customize each event based on the needs of the client. However we want to at least give you an idea of what to expect with regards to starting prices for all of our spaces: We have packages ranging from space only (prices shown below) to all inclusive with, catering, flowers, decorations, parking, DJ services and more. *** We can hold more than 100 guests but the below prices are based on up to 100...
Here are the basics... We do a book early and save model. The price goes up as each "Saturday" in a month are booked. For instance if there are 4 Saturday's in January, and 2 Saturday's get booked then your booking would be the 3rd event booked and your cost would be $2500.
So here is our pricing model:
January and February:
1st event booked gets the entire venue for $2000 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
2nd event booked gets the entire venue for $2250 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
3rd event booked gets the entire venue for $2500 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
4th event booked gets the entire venue for $3000 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
March:
1st event booked gets the entire venue for $2500 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
2nd event booked gets the entire venue for $3000 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
3rd event booked gets the entire venue for $3500 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
4th event booked gets the entire venue for $4000 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
April and May:
1st event booked gets the entire venue for $3500 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
2nd event booked gets the entire venue for $3700 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
3rd event booked gets the entire venue for $4200 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
4th event booked gets the entire venue for $4700 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
June, July and August:
1st event booked gets the entire venue for $2000 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
2nd event booked gets the entire venue for $2500 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
3rd event booked gets the entire venue for $3000 including tables and chairs for up to 100 seated
