We don't post exact pricing as we like to customize each event based on the needs of the client. However we want to at least give you an idea of what to expect with regards to starting prices for all of our spaces: We have packages ranging from Space only to all inclusive with, catering, flowers, decorations, valet parking, dj services and more.

The Chapel The Newly renovated chapel is your ideal space for getting married, featuring state of the art amenities, and the ability to host up to 199 people. This classic venue is sure to be perfect for your wedding, tradeshow, seminar, training class, or party. It features white walls with black and bronze accents. This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to 125 guests (extra guest incur additional costs) You get all of our spaces (chapel, studio, Weatherford house and Gallery, as well as the courtyard for 8 hours of usage, This also includes 2 onsite staff members to assist with setup, linens on all tables, as well as 15 table floral arrangements, and and you get to choose your Chandeliers for the Chapel. The house is the perfect location for your buffet to be setup, usage of the bride room and separate restroom
$3800- We like to DIY (cost us $350 in rentals and 16hrs labor)
This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to 125 guests in chapel and Studio (extra guest incur additional costs) You get all of our spaces (chapel, studio, Weatherford house and Gallery, as well as the courtyard) for 8 hours of usage, However you will provide the table linens, and any additional decorations desired.
$3300- Let's keep it simple (cost us 20 hrs labor)
This includes chairs setup for up to 125 guests and 6- 6ft tables, you are responsible for additional tables and all linens. (extra guest incur additional costs) You get all of our spaces (chapel, studio, Weatherford house and Gallery, as well as the courtyard) for 6 hours of usage, However you will provide the table linens, tables and any additional decorations desired.
$2700- Chapel Only (cost us $350 in rentals and 16hrs labor) (single setup)
This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to 125 guests (extra guest incur additional costs) you get just the chapel for 4 hours of usage, and for an additional $300 you can choose your Chandeliers for the Chapel from our 3 options found here:
$1700- Studio Only (cost us $350 in rentals and 16hrs labor) (single Setup)
This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to 125 guests (extra guest incur additional costs) you get just the studio for 4 hours of usage,
Cozy Courtyard Wedding and Reception- (cost us $160 for tables, 8 hrs labor 1 person) per hour rental $300 3hr minimum on Saturday, 2 hr minimum other days-
This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to include up to 50 chairs and 6- 6ft round tables, and 2- 6ft tables This allows for usage of the Courtyard, House, Deck and outdoor reception area. (extra guest incur additional costs)
Weatherford House and Gallery - (cost us 6 hrs labor) per hour rental $150 3hr minimum on Saturdays, 2 hr minimum all other days-
This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to 30 chairs and 3- 6ft tables. and 5- 6ft skinny tables (extra guest incur additional costs) Can rent 2 seater table an dchairs- 5 sets for $50
Courtyard, deck, and outdoor space- $250 per hr, 3 hr minimum on weekends, 2 hr minimum weekdays-
This includes tables, and chairs setup for up to include up to 50 chairs and 3- 6ft tables. (extra guest incur additional costs)
Weddings
Weddings are a long and cherished tradition at Venue 31|31. Bridal couples have walked through these arches to greet their guests and celebrate with friends and family since 1992 when it was referred to as Weddings by Weatherford. The courtyard is a favorite place for brides to have an intimate low key wedding or take breath taking photos.
Receptions
The Courtyard has an open floor plan that allows people to mingle while retaining the intimate atmosphere of a private home but still being outside under the stars on the deck or covered by years of manicured Wisteria. Guests can assemble in the courtyard or reserve the adjoining studio or Weatherford House and Gallery space to form an amazing event. When you connect to the Studio, and open the glass 9 ft doors this allows your event to move up to a ballroom style studio set for 70 to 150 people, or setup a band or DJ and a dance floor – all together in two convenient locations.
Ceremonies
For those who choose to have a ceremony as well as a reception, the courtyard offers many choices. Outdoor ceremonies can be accommodated anywhere in our covered courtyard or garden deck. Indoor ceremonies can be held either in the chapel (for guest counts over 100) or the more Studio (for under 100), or the Courtyard itself (for guest count under 50)
We provide and set up white chairs for outdoor ceremonies. If you choose to have your ceremony here, we grant an extra half hour of rental time and you may schedule a rehearsal here in advance. We also have optional wooden pews available for Courtyard weddings as well.
